You'll own the execution behind that conversation. From publishing content on time to engaging with fans, tracking performance, and keeping our content operations organised, you'll ensure our social presence is consistent, responsive, and always moving.
What You'll Actually Do
Real responsibilities, not a wish list
Content Publishing & Platform Operations
Publish daily content across Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms without missing scheduled posts.
Schedule and manage content using Buffer, Later, or equivalent tools, maintaining an accurate publishing calendar.
Adapt creative assets into platform-specific formats including reels, stories, carousels, shorts, and static posts.
Maintain the master content calendar, ensuring version control and visibility across the marketing team.
Community Management & Brand Presence
Monitor comments, mentions, and DMs throughout the day, responding in ThumpN's voice.
Engage with artists, venues, promoters, creators, and culture brands to strengthen our presence within the live entertainment ecosystem.
Identify community conversations and trends worth bringing back to the wider marketing team.
Performance & Content Operations
Track daily performance across platforms and highlight high-performing content and emerging trends.
Manage Linktree, campaign links, and UTM tracking to ensure traffic is measured accurately.
Organise and maintain creative assets from internal teams and agency partners so content is always easy to find and deploy.
What You Bring
Specific experience, not vague credentials
Required
1–3 years of experience managing social media for a consumer brand, agency, media company, or entertainment business.
Experience publishing content across Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Familiarity with scheduling platforms such as Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, or similar tools.
Strong written communication with an instinct for brand voice and internet culture.
Highly organised - you can manage multiple posts, assets, and deadlines without things slipping.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change quickly.
Preferred
Experience working with entertainment, music, events, sports, or youth-focused brands.
Familiarity with Canva, Figma, basic video editing, or creator tools.
Experience using analytics dashboards and UTM tracking.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT for content ideation and workflow support.
Someone who naturally spends time discovering what's happening in music, culture, creators, and live entertainment.
