You'll own how thumpN helps organisers amplify their events beyond our platform. From venue and promoter partnerships to regional campaigns, campus communities, and on-ground activations, you'll create repeatable playbooks that help every event launch stronger and scale smarter.
What You'll Actually Do
Real responsibilities, not a wish list
Partnerships & Growth
Build and manage marketing partnerships with venues, promoters, brands, and ecosystem partners to expand event reach.
Source and negotiate co-marketing opportunities that create measurable value for organisers and ThumpN.
Secure exclusive marketing inventory, audience access, and promotional opportunities across partner networks.
Event Marketing & Launches
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels for key events.
Run event-day marketing, managing on-ground activations and ensuring campaigns come alive seamlessly.
Regional Marketing & Community Building
Work with regional teams to build city-specific marketing strategies that reflect local audiences and culture.
Measure campaign performance, identify what drives ticket sales, and continuously improve future launches.
What You Bring
Specific experience, not vague credentials
Required
5–7 years of experience in partnerships, business development, event marketing, or brand marketing.
Experience building and managing commercial relationships that deliver measurable marketing outcomes.
Strong understanding of live entertainment, hospitality, experiential marketing, or consumer events.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills across multiple stakeholders.
Comfortable managing multiple campaigns, launches, and deadlines simultaneously.
Ownership mindset - you identify opportunities, solve problems, and keep momentum moving.
Preferred
Experience working with promoters, venues, artists, festivals, or touring businesses.
Exposure to regional marketing across multiple cities.
Experience managing offline marketing including OOH, experiential, radio, or BTL campaigns.
Familiarity with AI productivity tools
Regular attendee of live events with a genuine understanding of fan culture.
