Live entertainment deserves best visuals
At thumpN, we are building the brand identity of India’s live entertainment scene. Every reel, event teaser, artist announcement, and campaign asset is a chance to make someone feel something before they have even bought a ticket. That takes someone who understands both design and motion, and can move fast without losing quality.
This is a creative execution role. You will be the person turning briefs, event details, and brand direction into polished motion content that works across Instagram, YouTube, and in-app placements. You work closely with marketing and design and you ship things, not just concepts.
What You'll Actually Do
Real responsibilities, not a wish list
Social and campaign content
Design and animate reels, stories, event teasers, artist announcements, and promotional content for Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
Translate campaign briefs into motion assets that are on-brand, on-time, and built for each platform’s format and audience.
Adapt content across aspect ratios and placements without losing visual impact.
Move fast on reactive content around live events, artist moments, and cultural trends.
Brand and product motion
Create motion assets for in-app moments, onboarding screens, and product campaigns.
Maintain visual consistency across all motion output in line with thumpN’s brand language.
Contribute to building a motion design system that the broader team can reference and scale from.
Production and collaboration
Manage your own production pipeline from brief to final export, including versioning and file organisation.
Work closely with Marketing, Social, Design, and Partnerships teams on campaign timelines.
Use AI tools where they genuinely speed up the workflow without compromising the output.
What You Bring
Specific experience, not vague credentials
Required
3 or more years of experience as a motion graphic designer, with a portfolio that includes real social and brand content.
Expert-level proficiency in After Effects.
Strong graphic design foundation, typography, composition, colour, and layout.
Experience designing for social platforms, Instagram reels, YouTube, stories, and short-form video.
Ability to work quickly and manage multiple briefs simultaneously without losing quality.
Familiarity with AI tools and a practical sense of where they actually save time.
Preferred
Experience working at a consumer brand, entertainment company, media house, or creative agency.
Exposure to Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools for video editing and finishing.
Understanding of how motion assets are used in product contexts, in-app, web, and digital campaigns.
A genuine interest in music, live events, and youth culture in India.

Your portfolio is built on shipped work. Concepts and spec projects are fine as supporting material. What we want to see is real content that went live and performed.
You understand the energy of live entertainment. A concert announcement is not the same as a product launch. You know how to translate urgency, excitement, and FOMO into motion.
You design and animate, not just one or the other. The motion is only as good as the visual underneath it. You have a strong graphic design eye and you use it before you press play.
You move fast and finish things. Live entertainment runs on tight timelines. You are comfortable working under pressure and you do not leave briefs half-done.
You take direction and make it better. You work well from a brief but bring creative judgment to the execution. You know when to ask and when to just make a call.
