Associate Product Manager
Associate Product Manager
Build product features that solve real user problems and improve the live entertainment experience
Why This Role Exists
Turn ideas into features that make live entertainment more accessible for millions
At thumpN, we build products that make discovering and experiencing live entertainment effortless. From the moment a fan opens the app to the second they walk through the venue gates, every interaction is a product decision.
As we grow into new cities and categories, we need someone who can bridge customer insight and business need, translating both into product improvements that ship. This role is for someone who is curious, analytical, and execution-focused. Someone who enjoys making decisions with data, working across teams, and building things users actually love.

Non-Negotiables
How we know this is the right fit
You are obsessed with solving user problems, not just shipping features. A feature that launches without solving anything is a miss. You start with the problem, not the solution.
You make decisions using data, customer insight, and sound judgment. Gut feel has a role, but it earns its place alongside evidence. You know the difference.
You take ownership and see projects through from idea to launch. From the first PRD to the post-launch review, you are accountable for the outcome.
You communicate clearly and work well across teams.Engineering, design, and operations need to understand what you are building and why. You make that easy.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve quickly. Live entertainment does not follow a predictable roadmap. You adapt without losing momentum.
